"Cease and desist" letters
If you live in Ontario, B.C., Alberta, or Nova Scotia you can arrange for our firm to send a "cease and desist" letter to a collection agency after which the collection agency must communicate with our office and cannot contact you directly so long as our firm represents you.
Debt settlement program
If you are Canadian resident with a minimum of $10,000 in unsecured consumer debt you may want to enroll in our firm's debt settlement program. This debt settlement program is designed to assist our clients save significant amounts of money eliminating certain types of unsecured consumer debts. This service is not available to residents of Quebec or the three territories.
