You may decide to have our firm do some work on your behalf. For example, this could arise where you want our firm to send a "cease and desist" letter to a collection agency on your behalf to stop collection calls. When you decide to have our firm do some work on your behalf it is necessary for you to provide our firm with some monies in advance to guarantee payment for services performed. These monies are called a retainer. You might also want to forward some monies to our office when you first decide to have our firm provide debt settlement services. You can call our office toll free at 1 (866) 996-9941 and we will advise you the amount of money to forward to our firm. There are two different ways you can forward monies to our firm.
Forwarding monies to our firm using your credit card or your PayPal Account
The fastest and most convenient way for you to forward monies to our firm is by means of PayPal, using either your credit card or a PayPal account.
Our firm charges a 5% service fee on all online payments.

If you send monies to our firm using a cheque or money order please provide sufficient information, including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, so our office can identify that these monies are from you.
