Toll Free Number Service
The Firm collects personal information that includes your name and home address as well as financial information when you seek advice through the toll free number service. The Firm will not disclose the personal information you provide to it through the toll free number service unless required or permitted to do so by law.
Free Debt Evaluation Survey
Our Firm will only use the information submitted through your Free Debt Evaluation Survey ("Survey") for the purpose of evaluating your financial situation. The collection of this information is governed by our Firm's Privacy policy. Our Firm will store and protect your personal information by means to protect its sensitivity. Your personal information will only be accessed by third party service providers involved in assisting our Firm with debt evaluation. By submitting this Survey, you are consenting to the use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this notice. If our Firm does not use the information contained in your Survey within 30 days of receipt it will be destroyed.
Debt Settlement Request Form
Our Firm will only use the information submitted through your Debt Settlement Request Form ("Form") for the purpose of attempting to negotiate a settlement on your behalf with either your creditor or its authorized collection agent. The collection of this information is governed by our Firm's Privacy policy. Our Firm will store and protect your personal information by means to protect its sensitivity. Your personal information will only be accessed by third party service providers involved in assisting our Firm with debt settlement. By submitting this Form, you are consenting to the use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this notice. If our Firm does not use the information contained in your Form within 30 days of receipt it will be destroyed.
Retainers
The Firm may require personal information about you, including your contact information and financial information, in order to provide the services you retain the Firm to provide. The Firm will not disclose the personal information you provide to the Firm unless required or permitted to do so by law.
“Share Your Story” Function
The Firm will only disclose personal information about you that you provide through the "Share Your Story" function if you consent to the disclosure of that information on this website. Please read the information about this feature carefully as by consenting to the disclosure of your story, you are consenting to the disclosure of all, a part or parts of your story and to the editing of the language in your story.
